Bullion gold
Gold cast bars
Refinery cast, serial stamped, sealed in tamper-evident packaging with assay certificate. The workhorse form of the wholesale trade.
Overview
Gold cast bars
Cast bars are poured directly into a mould rather than struck from a rolled strip, which leaves the characteristic uneven surface and makes them the most cost-efficient way to move gold in volume. The premium over spot is the lowest of any refined form we trade.
Every bar carries a refinery hallmark, a unique serial number and its assayed fineness. The serial is recorded against the assay certificate, and both travel with the metal from the refinery to your nominated delivery point.
